Absolutely not! The majority of our clients use our services on an ongoing basis, but we do not require any long contract terms. Once you sign our pet sitting agreement, you're welcome to use our services whenever you need them and stop whenever you choose.

In order to provide you the most dependable service, we like to assign the same sitter to your pet with a reliable back up sitter incase the primary has an illness, scheduling conflicts, family emergencies or car trouble.
After you request services through our office, we have you sign a pet sitting agreement.
Within the same day of receiving the agreement, a sitter is assigned to the client. You will be given their contact information to set up a home consultation.
Yes! We are licensed by the City of Los Angeles and carry the maximum limits for liability and bonding in our industry.
Our key policy includes a coding system that only puts your pets name on the key tag.
No addresses or owners names are ever associated with the keys. Keys are given to the sitter assigned the service and a key is made for the owner of Manymutts. That way you are always assured we can access your pets if the sitter misplaces their key.
Yes, all dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations to be walked or boarded by Manymutts.
After all walks or visits our sitters leave detailed notes at your home letting you know what happened for the day.
We accept most major credit cards or cash payments prior to service. We bill our clients twice monthly for services rendered during the month. You will receive an invoice and confirmation of payment for your records.
All dogs are carefully screened prior to service. They are assigned boarding care based on temperament and size. The safety of your dog is our number one priority. We try to match the right sitter and home for small and large dogs with all types of personalities!
No problem. We accommodate all dogs. If your dog does not get along with other dogs or is not social we have in home services or daily dog walks and visits.
If we determine that your dog needs immediate medical attention, we will attempt to contact you and transport him/her to your predetermined veterinarian of your choice if possible. Otherwise we will take your dog to our affiliated veterinarian. We also try to call your emergency contact person immediately.
Yes, all dogs must be licensed and registered in the city of Los Angeles. Check the laws in your city. License and vaccination tags must be attached to your dogs collar at all times.
